From an early age, I was fascinated by nature and outdoor exercise. I also soon found out that I love being in the company of people and realized that good feeling inside when you help someone, you teach them something and you put a smile on their face. That is why I spent the first 10 years of my career as a sports coach, instructor of several outdoor sports.

 

Then I met Petra, moved to Ljubljana, started a family and another career.

 

I have been working as a team and project manager in the international IT environment for over 20 years. I am convinced that good relationships, quality communication and high motivation are key ingredients for achieving great results, both in business and personal life.

 

My mission is to monitor individuals and groups to discover their strengths and shadows and to support them on the path of transformation and growth. In this mission, I stand by all past experience and coaching knowledge. I believe that with the help of a coach it is much easier to reach your maximum potential.
