Business coaching is supposed to cover everything related to on-the-job coaching coaching and focuses on business development.

It is often used in the following cases:

  • When planning a business path, either at the beginning of this process or at the stage of evaluation, expansion, change of focus or brand,

  • business needs and results are not at the level desired, so managers want to increase the work performance of employees,

  • managers do their job well, but sometimes forget to involve other team members,

  • cultural change is imminent or evolving,

  • companies want to maintain high work performance by helping individuals maintain an optimal level of motivation,

  • they want to improve interpersonal skills in technology professionals,

  • a solution to the conflict situation is needed.

Additional information
  • Coaching is a process, so the minimum number of meetings is 5

  • Each meeting lasts 60 minutes, the meetings are every two to three weeks

  • At the first meeting, the coach and the client will discuss the client's problems, wishes and goals. Based on the analysis of the problem, the coach will give approximate time frames and expected results (what is possible, to what extent and in what time changes can be achieved)
